ARServices Among Finalists for the 2017 IES Sales & Excellence Awards in the Sales Management Category

ARServices has been selected as a finalist for the 6th Annual Institute for Excellence in Sales (IES) Awards in the Sales Management award category. The award winners will be announced at the IES Award breakfast gala on June 6 at the Westwood Country Club in Vienna, VA.

“ARServices’ sales hiring and management processes have been largely responsible for the company’s continued revenue growth, and its evolution from a subcontractor to a prime contractor; competing for, and winning business from larger firms in the crowded government contracting market,” said ARServices CEO, Jay McCargo. “ARServices being nominated and named a finalist for this award is validation of the company’s continued focus on veteran hiring, and its development of a highly skilled and experienced sales force.”

Awards will be presented in four categories recognizing sales & business development operational excellence. Winners and finalists were either nominated by partners, customers, or clients. The four categories are for Excellence in: Sales Innovation; Sales Training, Team Building, Management and Development; and Alliance Management/Customer Partnering.

IES logo“Congratulations to ARServices for reaching finalist status for an IES Sales Award, which recognizes sales operational excellence,” said Fred Diamond, Executive Director of the IES. “It’s incredible to see the level of accomplishment that these companies exhibit as they create and deliver innovative customer-centric approaches to grow their businesses, meet customer needs, and bring valuable solutions to the market.”

ARServices has experienced growth of 30 percent or more in each of its past three fiscal years, which has resulted in the company being included on the “Inc. 5000 List” for two years straight. This impressive growth is due in large part to the company’s sales team management and the hiring of experienced sales people.

Much of the success that ARServices has achieved is a direct result of the company hiring the best qualified and most talented individuals for both its sales team and senior sales leadership. These individuals – many of which are veterans – are recruited for their deep experience and knowledge of the company’s target market – the federal government and United States military – and their understanding of the unique challenges that public sector organizations face.
