ARServices Shows Support for Brain Injury Services on the Putting Green

As part of the company’s continued commitment to giving back to its community and participating in charitable and philanthropic causes, ARServices was proud to Brain Injury Services Golf Tournamentbe a sponsor of the 14th Annual Brain Injury Services Golf Tournament. The tournament took place on September 18, 2017 at the Country Club of Fairfax in Fairfax, VA, where ARServices sponsored the event’s putting contest.

Brain Injury Services is a Northern Virginian nonprofit which provides innovative programs and services for children and adult survivors of brain injury, stroke, and concussion. The organization has worked with over 600 survivors and their families to help develop the skills and confidence needed to lead fulfilling and productive lives.

According to the Brain Injury Services website, they “provide this assistance through 9 core programs, over 20 specialized programs, and multiple support groups.” Their services are offered throughout Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg and surrounding counties.

The funds raised at their annual golf tournament – one of their largest events of the year – go towards assisting individuals affected by serious brain trauma. Since its inception, this tournament has raised over $875,000 for Brain Injury Services.

“We were thrilled to take part as a sponsor in the Brain Injury Services Annual Golf Tournament this year and show our support for a very strong and brave group of individuals,” said ARServices CEO Jay McCargo.

We’d like to thank the ARServices team members that participated in this year’s event, and enabled us to be a part of a cause that gives back to community members in need in such a unique and personalized way.
