Task Order Sales Specialist (Representative)
Job Description:
ARServices, Limited is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with experience in selling Information Technology-related (systems/network engineering, helpdesk, etc.), Human Capital Management, Human Resources, Staff Augmentation, Logistics, Studies and Analyses services to the Federal Government off of existing IDIQ contract vehicles, i.e., GSA Schedule(s) and GWACs. The ideal candidate is someone who has recently left the Government or Military acquisition/contracting environment or one with extensive experience and documented selling to the Federal Government.

Qualification:
Minimum of seven years specialized experience in selling directly to DOD, Federal Agencies, and/or the Military or as a Government acquisition specialist/buyer who has purchased products or services from private contractors and vendors. Must understand the needs of the aforementioned entities and how best penetrate and or expand sales within them. Individual must be highly motivated, energetic, organized, and possess the ability to prioritize existing and potential opportunities and perform follow-ups responsively and responsively. Must be able to analyze prospective customer requirements, make estimations and accurate assessments potential customers’ sales and market potential, quote prices, terms and conditions, and close sales on a short turnaround basis. Excellent presentation and communications skills are essential to success. Must be comprehensively proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of software.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Acquisition, Contract Management or related discipline and 7 years specialized experience or Masters Degree within same disciplines and 5 years experience.

Salary:
Base salary and commission to be negotiated, based upon education and experience.

Security Clearance:
Secret (desired)
